Order Placement Terms
Welcome to the order placement rules section on the Lunula website! Please familiarize yourself with the terms below before making a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on our website, you automatically agree to these terms, including cases when the customer has not familiarized themselves with the provisions of this section.
2. Order Placement
- An order is considered accepted after confirmation to the email or phone number provided during the order placement.
- Order confirmation may take up to 1 business day.
3. Payment
- We accept payment via bank transfers to the IBAN account.
- All prices are in hryvnias.
- Prices listed in other currencies for non-Ukrainian versions of the site are for informational purposes only.
4. Custom Manufacturing
- Most products are made to order. The production time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Changes to the order after confirmation are possible only with the manager's agreement.
5. Delivery and Receipt
- Delivery is carried out according to our delivery policy.
- When receiving the order at the carrier's office or from the courier, the buyer should check the product for completeness and absence of damage in their presence. In case of receiving the order through a parcel locker or other means, claims for completeness or damage to the product are not accepted.
6. Responsibility
- Lunula is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.
- In case of loss of the parcel through the carrier's fault, we will assist with all necessary information regarding the product to file a claim for compensation. The claim for compensation is filed by the client personally at any convenient carrier's office.
7. Changes to Terms
Lunula reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
