Delivery within Kyiv:
- Courier delivery is currently not available. Orders are sent to the nearest Nova Poshta branch to you.
- Pick-up from our office is not available.
- Payment: Delivery is paid by the customer at the carrier's branch, or through any other payment services of the carrier.
Delivery across Ukraine:
- Nova Poshta: We deliver orders to all settlements in Ukraine. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
- Ukrposhta: We do not send orders via Ukrposhta.
- Payment: Delivery is paid by the customer at the carrier's branch, or through any other payment services of the carrier.
International delivery:
- Orders are delivered by international courier services (DHL, UPS or other available carriers).
- In addition to the price of the goods, an additional fee may be charged for international delivery.
- The cost of delivery depends on the country to which the order is sent.
- All customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer separately.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 days, depending on the region.
