Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is in its original packaging and condition;
• There are no signs of use or damage.

Please note that Lunula jewelry is custom-made according to orders placed on our website. Returns for such items are only possible in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects and intact original packaging.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Send an email to lunula.ua@gmail.com.
2. Include your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
3. After verification, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

Inspection of Returned Items

• Suspected manufacturing defects will be inspected by our team.
• Initially, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• If a defect is confirmed, Lunula will cover the shipping costs both ways.
• If no defect is found, all shipping costs, including for the return, will be covered by the customer.
• Subjective criteria such as color, size, or aesthetic appearance are not considered valid reasons for declaring a product defective.

Refund Options

In cases of confirmed manufacturing defects:

• Full refund of the product cost;
• Or a replacement item at no additional cost.
